Kingolotto agrees to meet the cost of any vacation booked through a travel agent by the verified winning Player. Such trip booking may be for that Player or for two or more persons (provided that all persons travel together with the winning Player and the combined cost of such booking does not exceed $5,000 (including taxes).
Kingolotto will pay on behalf of the verified winning Player, on presentation of a travel agent's written estimate to Kingolotto, for such trip booking up to a value of no more than $5,000 including taxes. Payment will be made directly to the travel agent in question.
If the value of the trip chosen and booked by the verified winning Player is less than $5,000 including taxes, the amount of the shortfall will be lost. If the value of the vacation chosen and booked by the verified winning Player is higher than $5,000 including taxes, the costs over and above the $5,000 threshold, not included in the prize, must be met by the winner and Kingolotto will not be liable to pay such additional costs.
The travel agent selected by the winner must hold a valid licence issued by the relevant U.S. authorities, must be professionally guaranteed and hold professional liability insurance. Kingolotto will not be liable to provide any assistance in organising any booking or travel.
