How does Kingolotto.com work?

Is the game really free?

Yes. Kingolotto is 100% free, with no purchase required. The site is entirely financed by the advertisers. For more details, you can read our rules.

How do I play and win with Kingolotto?

'First, you need to complete a short registration form.
Then you can play by submitting 10 game grids per day, all free of charge.

How can I win?
With the daily drawing:

If you pick 6 winning numbers on Game Grids 1 to 9, you win a fabulous $5,000 vacation
If you pick 6 winning numbers on the 10th Game Grid, you win a sport-utility vehicle valued at $25,000
If you pick 5 winning numbers on Game Grids 1 to 9, you win a $20 gift certificate
If you pick 5 winning numbers on the 10th Game Grid, you win a $40 gift certificate
If you pick 1 to 4 winning numbers, you accumulate points (see rules)

What can I do with my points?

If you have enough points, you can receive great awards! See Terms & Conditions. As soon as you validate your choice, the award is yours!

Who can play Kingolotto?

The Kingolotto game is offered only in the United States (except New York, Florida and Rhode Island) and District of Columbia and is intended for participation in these areas only.

Open only to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia, who are 18 or older as of date of registration. Please do not proceed if you are not a legal resident of one of those areas. (see rules)

How long does it take to play?

It doesn't take long. It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete your 10 Game Grids.

How many times can I play each day?

You can play 10 Game Grids a day. You can play once or several times a day until you've used up your 10 free game grids. But be careful! If you haven't played all of your Game Grids in one day, they're lost! Each day you're eligible to play 10 new free Game Grids.

How do points get converted into awards?

It's easy, you just have to choose the award(s) you want and validate your choice. You'll get a confirmation email and your award will be delivered thereafter (see rules) at the address listed under your profile (make sure that your address information is up to date).

Please keep the following advice and important details in mind:

Stocks are limited, don't let your dream award slip away...
Check the awards section regularly; new awards are added frequently.

I can't register on Kingolotto.

Make sure that all fields in the registration form are properly filled. If you make a mistake, a dialogue box will appear indicating which fields are incorrect in. Remember: the "LOGIN", "PASSWORD" and "PASSWORD CONFIRMATION" fields are emptied each time a field isn't filled in correctly. Don't forget to fill out the fields again.

I can't connect or sign in on Kingolotto.

To connect to the website, your browser (ex: Internet Explorer) must be able to accept cookies (see question 14: "How can I accept cookies?").After registering, fill out the "EMAIL" and "PASSWORD" fields with your email address and password, then click on "OK!".

I forgot my password.

First click on "Forgot your Password". Simply enter your email address in the "EMAIL" field at the top right of the page and click on "OK!" Then click on the "SEND" button in the centre of the screen. Your password will be sent to your email address.

I can't play, Kingolotto doesn't work.

To play on the web site, your browser (ex: Internet Explorer) must be able to accept cookies. After signing in, you can access the game grid. You then click on 6 of the 49 numbers to select them. You then confirm your choice (which appears in the "Your selection" area at the right) by clicking on 1 of 4 available banners. You can play up to 10 Game Grids a day for free. If you're still having problems, please contact our support team.

I can't see the banners necessary to validate my Game Grid.

In most cases, this is due to your ad blocker settings which are too high. Deactivate or reduce your filter strength settings to see the banners.

I rarely, or never, receive any confirmation emails.

Make sure that the e-mail address you registered with is correct.

Rest assured though, after you have played and confirmed your Game Grid, your selection is entered into our database. So even if you do not receive the results by email, your Game Grids and points are still taken into account.Finally, make sure that there are no emails from Kingolotto.com in your BULK mailbox. It's also possible that you accidentally entered an incorrect email address during registration.

We've noticed that people with an AOL email address rarely receive our emails. AOL incorrectly considers our emails to be SPAM ; we're currently working on a solution with them.

How can I accept cookies (display issues)?

If you use Internet Explorer 6:

Open your browser, click on "Tools" + "Internet Options".
Select the "Privacy" thumbnail, click on "Advanced" and a new window will appear. Next, choose "Medium" with your cursor (which is the default setting during installation of Windows).

If you use Firefox 1.5:

Open your navigator, click on the "Privacy" thumbnail + "Settings...", and then specify that you allow Kingolotto to use cookies.

Prizes, Awards, points, results and ranking

What can I do with my points ?

You can earn awards with your points. Just go to the Prizes & Awards area, where you can redeem your points for awards.

How do I find out the results, and/or if I've won?

Results and any winnings you have will be sent to the e-mail address you entered at the time of registration. You can check the daily winning numbers on the Kingolotto homepage and in your account.

When do the drawings take place?

At or after midnight. The next day, you get 10 new Game Grids (you cannot carry them over from one day to another) to play and try your luck.

Do I still have my points after the drawing?

points are subject to expiration. See 'Terms & Conditions' for complete details.

I still haven't received the prize/award I won.

Mediastay sends out hundreds of prizes&awards every month (sometimes thousands!) as well as many gift certificates, which explains any delivery delays. However, we strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. Prizes&awards are delivered within 10 - 12 weeks, as specified in our rules and Terms & Conditions.

How does the number of points get so high for some?

Some people wonder how the top players got such high point totals...

Quite simple: the more you play, the more points you get! And if you are lucky, you will get lots of points!
Don't forget that every time you pick 4 winning numbers of the drawing, you win 150 points, so your total amount of points can increase fast!

So make sure to validate all of your daily Game Grids, that way you'll also see your number of points increase quickly.

How do I receive my prizes&awards?

As specified in our rules, depending on prize potentially won, winner may be required to complete, execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where legal) within (5) business days of date indicated on prize notification e-mail. You may also be required upon Sponsor's request to submit a copy of Sponsor's Game grid confirmation e-mail message for verification purposes.

After verification of winner's eligibility and authenticity of potentially winning Game grid, Mediastay will supply the prize to the winner within the following 10 - 12 weeks.

Please note: If you haven't entered your correct address, you won't be able to receive your prizes&awards. From the time you win your prize/award, you have one week to enter this information. To do so, go to My account
